Is your HIPAA house in order? The HIPAA and HITECH Acts of 2009 have been updated for 2023 and are now fully enforced with bipartisan support, and the government is not using kid gloves anymore. This webinar will address major changes for 2023 related to emailing, texting, telecommuting, and telemedicine as well as the government's process of enforcement.
