Overview:

Rx for The Business of Medicine^® is a condensed online course teaching evidence-based practices that tackle administrative burdens and encourage healthy work conditions to help prevent physician burnout. In the past decade, administrative burdens have been identified as one of the leading causes of physician burnout.

This is a self-directed virtual course. There are four chapters: Fulfillment, Prevail, Thrive, and Business Planning. Each chapter has ten lessons, as well as a review and closing examination. The course will demand approximately 80 hours of effort to complete. It is crucial to plan prudently and allocate enough time to fulfill the diverse tasks and assignments that the course entails.
